Can we delete Billing documents in VF31?
If not, what can we do to remove it or bypass it?

You can't delet the billing document you can only cancel by useing t-code-->VF11
There are lots of billing document to cancel, is there a way to cancel all of them at a same time?
or do I have to do it one by one in VF11?
You can give n number of documents at a time.
I have cancelled all the billing documents, but they still appear in VF31, how can I make them not appear anymore?
Go and see those documents in VBRK.To see whether they are still there or not.
They dont appear anymore in VBRK.
Well as said above buddy , you can cancel the billing document but you cannot delete them , so when ever u are trying to process it in the output you will see those cancelled documents as they would not be completely deleted out of system

U cannot delete the billing document. U cancel billing document through T code VF11.

Hi VF31 is to issue the billing document to a output ,
well you cant delete the billing document you can cancel it through t code VF11
