SAP GUI Single Sign-On

Hi All,

Requirement is for SAP GUI Users to logon to R/3 using LDAP Username and password. Users will enter their Network ID and password in SAP GUI and requirement is to authenticate against corporate LDAP. We are using R/3 Enterprise version and Sun One LDAP.

Is it possible to do this set up using Secure Network Communications(SNC)? Any thoughts on this ? Any help would be highly appreciated.

Hello karu,

what operating system do you use ? and what database ?

Although:

1) Try to find information at the end of your WAS installation guide. for example, my was:

Web Application Server 6.20 on Windows: MS SQL Server. At the end of it (6.16-6.17) there is a whole chapter of LDAP integration but for windows.

2) try to look in http://service.sap.com/security
