PO Memo

Hello APO Gurus,

I have a Shipment Notification created in the R/3 system, and these should be seen in the APO product view as PO Memo. However, in the APO system this PO Memo is not shown. What should be the problem?

Can you check in the SNP planning book design if the PO Memo ATP category (shipment notification) is part of the appropriate ATP Category group? Also check in SLG1 whether these PO Memos are getting captured as part of CIF model for PO & P Req.

Its my first time to see this SLG1 (Analyze Application Log) transaction in APO, what are the relevant entry fields that I have to specify. Example, Object.

If you can provide me procedure to create the PO memo from R/3 and will be reflected to APO will be appreciated. I will try to simulate the process.

There should be an option of CIF in SLG1, and specifically look for procurement related objects.

They should come across with Pur REq integration model...

Maybe it has to do with configuration on the PO ASN functionality in R/3?

Ours CIF across with no customization or configuration in R/3.

Is it only for one SN? Are the others going to APO ok

can you please check the CIF queues - SMQ1 in R3 and SMQ2 in APO. OR use /SAPAPO/CQ for the queue manager in APO
