how do we post external data (flat fiel, oracle database) to HR/Payroll

Hi Experts,

Can any one please give mecomplete steps for postig external flat file data to any HR/Payroll Module IDOC with exampl.

Hey

if the external system is sending you flat files,then do a File to IDOC scenario with FCC on sender side.

but if the sender system is a databse then do a JDBC to IDOC scenario

first of all u need to decide what is the sending system and what kind of data it is gonna send
