in su01 ..address tab ..i want to verify ....communication method is set to " email " for all users.. how to check all at a time .

Sunny,

The ADCP table has the communication method. Since this table does not have user ID your need to setup a relationship from user ID to personnel number via table ADR6.

I think you can use SUIM to check this info for all the users at the same time.
