Error in exporting the Account ZReport to Excel sheet

Hi Guys,

i am working in CRM 5.0 and my ABAP consultant has created a new Zreport for account management but when the users try to export the data from Zreport to excel sheet all the records are not getting exported.

e.g The Zreport says that some 11956 data is exported but when i open the excel sheet it is showing only 10256 data only. i just want to know whether the Excel 2003 supports the CRM 5.0 or not. kindly give some inputs regarding this. The solution given by yoy will be awarded with points.

Hello Amar,

is a ALV Grid used to export the data? If not you should think about changing to it because it does support export to Excal in a SAP Standard way.

ALV Grid is used to export the data then also we are facing the same problem
