Hai all,

We use condition type VPRS to find the profit margin of the material.

If the profit margin comes in negative or if it decreases to 5% then the sales order shud not be processed. hw could we resolve this problem?

Plz help me out.

Thank you in Advance.

hi,

i have few questions.

is this a business scenario youre facing. The reason is normally sales prices are fixed by the product management of a business and they would never fix it less than their cost price. what we maintian in accounting view of material master. So am not sure if we would anytime face this issue.

VPRS only brings the standard price from material master as such it wont calculate the profit margin. Routine 11 does it by computing the difference between netvalue and std. price.

please elaborate your requiement further.

Thanks

you can do this by writing a routine see profitmargin is calculated on routine 11 in pricing procedure whcih is net value - cost ok .

now write a similar kind of routine in requrments column against a dummy condition and add what ever ur limit 5% diff . in such case this dummy condition type only activates if ur diff is more than 5% then mark this cond type as mandatory then ur order wont be saved. ok.
