CO04 print issue

Hello Experts,

I tried to print a Production Order by using transaction CO04 and there is not any error, but I can not find the print request in print pool (T-Code SP02). If I print pick list, there is no problem.

This is an urgent issue. Could anyone tell me the reason and how to handle it? Whether I need to do some special customizing?

Pls use CO04N and try again.Then please check the message log after printing.

please check OPK8 transaction.

Also please check any authorisation problem is there

with basis
