Urgent Error in BEx 7.0

I am executing a report in 2004s BEx analyzer. When I try to use the jump functionality it gives me an error. It is vague and just says a critical error has occured. The program has to close. I have both 2004s and 3.x versions of BEx on my computer. I am also using office 2003. Anyone please?

This was due to how jumps were defined
