can any one tell me how to read excel file from application server in batch mode interface program.

can i use any FM .

can i write internal table contents to excel file on application server.

which FM i shd use

hi

you can use a function module called

ALSM_ME_EXCEL_UPLOAD

to upload the excel file from the front end into the background program.
