Error while doing PGI

Dear all,

I am not able to do PGI due to error : " Item 00010 requires exactly 10 serial numbers for the asset".

Can anybody explain what could be the problem and how to solve this issue?

Hi

I feel serial number is assigned to this material, so Update the stock for this material with serial number, and when ever your doing delivery, go to Extra tab and select the serial no, so that automatically get assigned. and then do PGI.

Hi

Select the line item in delivery and select the serial number by going to Extras in the menu bar and select the serial number and enter the serial number for line item and save it and do the PGI..

This will solve your Problem..
