Roles for GR

Hello,

We use SRM to post GRN in SAP R/3. Some of the users doing GRN in SRM exsist in the backend while some don't. That is they don't have SU01 data in the backend.

One of the users doing GRN in SRM has SUO1 data in the backend(please note there are other user with same scenario as described, that is they exsist in backedn too), But for this user while posting IDOC they are stuck becasue SAP SCRIPT form is being called.

For the all(ALL irrespective they exsist in backedn or not) the other user the form is not being called , hence their IDOCS are not being stuck.

I debugged the standard SAP CODE and saw that the two fucntion modules

RV_MESSAGE_UPDATE and the RV_MESSAGES_UPDATE being called.

This is for the SAP FORM printing. Before there were some form being called for the roles.

CAn you please let me know if ther are roles that have to removed or setting that have to be done so this FORM prinitng for GR is not called for the user?

The reasonbehind it was parameter set in the user profile in the backend. The parameter was NDR was set to X; NDR descritpion is print vai o/p control in the MM inventory.
