need process code for an idoc?

Hi all,

iam using an file to idoc senario.where i need to create a partner profile for that idoc but i cant find the process code for that idoc can any one help.

Basic type-----LOIPRO01 (Prodution order)

Message type---LOIPRO

Hi Mr. Phani Kumar,

You can create Partner profile using TCODE WE20

In that you need to select your partner profile.

Like Partner type LS (Logical system).

Thanks for your reply i have not found the process code for that perticular IDOC,so next step what sholud i do.Should i create process code for it,

WE41 for outbound process codes and WE42 for inbound process codes.

if you are sending the idoc from your SAP system to external then that is outbound.

if you are receiving the idoc into your SAP system from external then that is inbound.

If you don't find a standard one there then you need to create one.

If u want to know the process code of a particular Idoc go and check it in the tables of Idoc i.e EDIDOC is the table table name.

thanks for ur reply,i cant fint the process code in we41 and we42 for that perticular IDOC i need the process code and another dought if i cant find the process code then should i create a process code for that perticular idoc
