Hi Guys,
Does anyone have had a Padding error when just logging in to Netpoint 5.9?
I have the following message:
"Message Padding is invalid and cannot be removed.
Source mscorlib "
I am kind of stuck on the moment and we need to go live in a week!
Thanks,
Eric
Yep, thats because the private keys dont match, or if they currently do, they do not match the key originally used to encrypt, and it is now trying to decrypt using the wrong key

The only padding error I have encountered before was with the encryption/decryption of passwords. In that case, just make sure the private key used in the synch manager matches the private key in the site (web.config). Since your error is associated with logging in, it could be the same issue.
