For rest of users system is working fine. As suggested by some users in
SDN we even deleted JCOuser sessions from backend. But it did help. Just to solve this we even deleted this user id and then re-created the same. But again it gave same error.
Please sugggest. We are on NW 7.00 SP11.
Warm regards,
Sudhir

Hi
Try reducing timeout value for the security sessions
See SAP Note : 947376
it says ""Please set the timeout value for the security sessions (default about 27h) and the timeout value for the SSO ticket (default about 8h) to the same value. It should be a value that is higher than the maximum working time of an employee, e.g. 16 hours.""

H Sudhir,
What's really strange is the dependency of the concrete users - if this is really true, is it possible that the different users are persisted in different UME backend stores?!
Additionally, check that the time of the involved servers are synchronized!
Also check https://service.sap.com/sap/support/notes/1013230
Hope it helps
