Workflow, UWL and WD4A

Hello,

thankx to all the helpful blogs I managed to start a workflow in our NW2004s System and use a task as an WD4A.

But what I really want is to start a workflow in our backend (6.20) and show a task in an WD4A which is located in our NW2004s System. Filling the required parameters in Transaction SWFVISU is not possible because they do not exist.

Seems this is not possible, am I right?

regards

stefan

Hi Stefen

I think you can still use the same.

you can specify the System alias in the SWFVISU transation, where your WD4A application exists.

Once you Re-register your UWL, the XML gets imported, and you can call WD4A applications as Tasks.

and make RFC connection between the two R/3 and call the Worfklow Specific RFCs

Hi Abhimanyu,

my problem is that I can not post the parameters (including system_alias) in Transaction SWFVISU, I get the following error:

Entry WD_ABAP SYSTEM_ALIAS does not exist in SWFVVTP - check your entry

thanks

Hi Abhimanyu,

you are right, thanks a lot. After putting the needed parameters in table SWFVVTP I could use them in transaction SWFVISU and its working.
