No header condition in CRMXIF_ORDR_SAVE IDoc ?

Hi,

I'm trying to find a segment to populate Header pricing conditions in CRMXIF_ORDER_SAVE_M02 but no success.

There is one at item level i.e., E101CRMXIF_PRCD_COND_XT.

How to populate Header pricing conditions?

Dear Venu,

XIF only supports the transfer of conditions at the item level.

You cannot transfer header level conditions for sales orders through XIF

What you could do is transfer these conditions at the item level

and these will be summed up at the header level.

In fact if you look at the conditions tab for the sales order at the

header level it is the summary for the conditions at the individual item

level.

Thanks for the info. Any idea why XIF not supporting header level condition?

There could be a business case where price at order header might be required which can't be maintained as item level condition.

Eg: In case of complete shipping, irrespective of items in the order, company want to charge X amount as shipping cost for the entire order.

In such case i assume IDoc should accept header level conditions.

PS: ORDERS05 is having header level conditions and item level conditions, then why not XIF ??
