Optimiser Fail: Not Enough Memory

I had run Optimiser for 13 weeks (14 daily and 11 weekly buckets). The run is shown to be successful. However, when I check the Opti Log, it does not show anything under solution quality.

I am able to download the results, but do not know if all calculated results have been written back to livecache.

Also in Message log there is a warning "Not enough Meneory" (/SAPAPO/SNPOPT273). I tried to search for notes related to this but found none.

Trace File shows "CPLEX exception: CPLEX Error 1001: Out of memory."

Could anyone tell me how to overcome these errors?
