Dear Maria,

Problem is due to creation of shared memory. There was no enough shared memory was available for the server to start.

Are you in Unix or Windows ?

32 bits or 64 bits ?

- If you in Unix system, do a cleanipc and reboot server

- If you're in Windows system, then normally a reboot should help. If a

reboot doesn't work it would means that the dispatcher can't address a

continuous chunk of the shared memory.

Try to utilize Windows /3GB option if you haven't

implemented it yet (normally this option is for 32 bits)

SAP Note 546361 FAQ: Storage problems on NT/Windows 2000

SAP Note 313347 Windows NT, 2000, 2003: Editions and memory usage

and also ZAMM ( Zero Administration Memory Management) as per SAP note 88416.

cheers,

Vincent
