iSeries User ID's

We're running SAP 4.6c w/4.6d basis on v5r2. While attending an iSeries Admin class I found out that our AS/400 was not set up correctly by the consultant. There seems to be no rhyme or reason for the As/400 user id's that have been created. There is no consistence across partitions.

Can anyone point me towards documentation as to which user id's (profiles) are created on the AS/400 when SAP is installed and what they are used for.
