I am currently in the process of upgrading to SCM 5.0. One of the task is to deactivate the compatibility mode in the macros. I have 2 questions. First, is there a systematic way to deactivate the compatibility mode? The second question is how to deactivate the compatibility mode for the SAP delivered Macros?
Regards,
James
Thanks. I was just lookig for a standard mass change program to deactivate the compatibility mode.

you will have to go to each macro workbook and uncheck the Macro compatibility in the info am afraid
To display the current status of your macro books and to estimate the effort required, use the Upgrade Assistant report SAPAPO/ADV_UPGRADE_50. This will help you in identifying the ones which are still with the compatiblity activated.
you really dont have to uncheck it in the books that you will not use
To deactivate the compatibility mode:
a) Start the Macro Workbench (transaction /SAPAPO/ADVM).
b) Open the corresponding macro book.
c) In the menu, select EditBook Information.
d) Deselect the flag for Compatibility Mode.
