Hello all

My user is unable to create the SC,

1issue error: <b>enter the country for partner 200010034(creator of shopping cart) with type goods recipient</b>in attribute check it is saying that REPAIR THE USER IN TRANSACTION bbpcheck_users.

when i checked bbp_check_users it gives me message:

<b>“User is defective ,choose at least repair level 02”</b>

please help me what is to be done...

Hi,

in users_gen transaction, you have option to repair the user.

Do it

Hi Arshad,

If you are in SRM 4.0, please use transaction BBP_CHECK_USERS and correct the user using the repair level 2. If you still cannot follow, let me know and i can guide your further !

Hi All

Can anyone help, here, I need to know how to repair a user from users_gen?

I have tried Level 2 in BBP_CHECK_USERS but get msg user has open shopping carts
