RWB - Performance monitoring for 2 WAS

Hello,

We have an XI 3.0 SP 17. We have just modified the technical architecture from 1 WAS to 2 WAS. The load balancing of the incoming messages is carried out by a SAP Web dispatcher.

Everything works fine : load balancing is ok, we can monitor the new WAS in a central CCMS, and so on.

The problem is that we can not see the newly added WAS in the RWB, under "component monitoring" and "performance monitoring".

My question is : is it possible to see our 2 XI WAS, if it is, then how can I proceed to do so ?

Hi Guislain,

please shortly confirm that you did not install a complete new XI system (new SID) and a completely new WebAS, but instead just added a additional application server instance to your existing XI system?

> If you installed an additional application server instance you will not find this in your RWB, als logically and DB wise (one SID), the applicatin servers are one logical unit (one Integration Server and one Central Adapter Engine). And therefore they will not be listed in RWB Component Monitoring and Performance Monitoring as different systems.

Indeed, it is on the same SID, it is just an additionnal AS.
