How to close the main application window?

I wanted to know if we can close the first window and end the session on click of a button on the window.

Hi Jayant,

You have to create one outbound plug of type Exit in your Component interface view.

Then include this interface view in your view as required controller and then fire this plug on action of the button press.

It will exit from your application.

Hi,

The provided link uses javascript functions and as far I have heard it is not good practise to use javascript functions in ur Url.

And moreover they are planning to take out javascript support in the future versions.

You can find numerous posts discussing about the use of javascript functions...

And if its absolutely necessary there does not seem to be a direct way available for now.
