Issue in closing a Plant maintenance order

Hi

Here is a brief of the issue we have:

There is a Plant maintenance order XXX which was created for a Purchase Order YYY. The PM order was technically completed and the settlement completed. The purchase order was completed and the related purchase requisition and the PO were archived.

Currently when we are trying to close the PM order(business close) there is an error that is coming up "There is still a purchase order commitment for the order XXX"(message no. KO447). The transaction code being used is IW32. [menu path in the screen for the order : Order->Functions->Complete->Copmplete(business)]

Now because of this error message, we are unable to close the PM order. Is there any process by which we can close the above PM order. Please let me know on this.

Hi

Unfortunately we cant unarchive the PO. We have already tried that option. This is not possible. Is there any other option available?

Is it possible to un archive and bring back the PO, ensure that PO is complete, Close the PM and do the archive again.
