HI All,

Our payroll calculation is for 26 days a month, In PCR : INP1

I am using this rule

/802 Partial period factor 2

RTE=TASOLL Set

RTE-TAAU** Subtraction

RTE*KGENAU Multiplication

RTE/TADIVI Division

ADDWT * OT Output table

But this rule is for "Work Days"

Please suggest. how do we go further

Thanks

Haii..

RTE = TKSOLL

RTE - TKAU**

RTE*KGENAU

RTE/TKDIVI..

ADDWT *.

Make sure to maintain the constants in the repective tables...

Hi, Please do not specify any constant in RTE=; instead use any of the following operations to get your desired result. If you specify any constant against RTE it might not give you desired result in your retro calculation

Here is some information that might be useful. The same is available in SAP documentation

Planned working time in accordance with the employee's personal

schedule totalled over the basic pay periods in the payroll peri

KSOLL : Planned working time in calendar days

ASOLL : Planned working time in working days

SSOLL : Planned working time in working hours

Total working time in the payroll period in accordance with the

employee's personal work schedule totalled over the basic pay

periods in the payroll period

KDIVI : Total working time in calendar days

ADIVI : Total working time in working days

SDIVI : Total working time in working hours

For a calculation example, see Calculation Example for xDIVI

Total working time in the payroll period (lump sum) KDIVP : Tota

working time in calendar days ADIVP : Total working time in work

days SDIVP : Total working time in working hours

The values KDIVP and ADIVP are taken from the Payroll Constan

table (T510H); the value SDIVP is the employee's basic pay

divisor (from field DIVGV in infotype P0008). The values are

those valid at the end of the last basic pay period.

Total working hours in the payroll period according to the

employee's personal shift schedule totalled over the basic pay

period and for a certain weekday.

KWKDx : Total working time in calendar days

AWKDx : Total working time in working days

As you said I have made the change like this but it is giving a wrong calculation

/802 Partial period factor 2

RTE=TKSOLL Set

RTE-TAAU** Subtraction

RTE*KGENAU Multiplication

RTE/TADIVI Division

ADDWT * OT Output table

Thanks
