Hi,
Is there a way to syndicate records from MDM repository in chunks/sets. For example, let's say I have 1400 records in my repository and I want to syndicate these records in XML format but I want to syndicate only 100 records in one XML file and then syndicate next 100 records in second file and so on...creating 14 XML files having 100 records in each XML file.
Is it possible to do so automatically (especially when using syndication server)? If it is then how?
Regards,
TS
Hi ,
Syndication basically works on a particular search condition being fulfilled for example syndicate all customers from a particular country, currently it does not work based on number of records.
However, in case you want to syndicate a specific number of records you could create a field which contains the number os the record sequential and include this field in the search, set the condition between -this would give you the number of records and then syndicate. However once you save the map and set it up in the MDSS it would only syndicate this set of records.
https://websmp204.sap-ag.de/nw04operation Syndication Guide (Chpt 9) talks of syndicating records in one/multiple xml files.

Anita
