You can also check in Table MBEW, in case T.Code --> MMBE is not showing you the exact details. there you can check the stock as per Valuation.

Hi Joydip

There could be mainly two reasons for this.

1) Delivery (VL01N) created and saved but PGI not done

2) In MRP3 of material master, some quantity would have been indicated in "Safety Stock" and "Min safety stock".

Check this.

Thanks

hi,

this becasue of the reason that the stocks are getting blocked by open sales orders and deliveries pending goods issue. one option is to free stocks from these docs by rejeting them or in the MRP 3 of material master for availavlity check maintaon kp. but make sure that the availability check is on for delivery item catergory.

We have the same problem appearing, where total valuated stock in MM03 is less than the plant stock in MM03 or MMBE.We are therefore unable to PGI and received the same error message "Valuated stock becomes negative". Does anyone have a solution for bringing the materials back in sync? There is no blocked or QI stock.

Hi Joydip,

Please check in MMBE if your stock is in Blocked stock or quality inspection stock.

Because for doing PGI,we needs to have stock in unrestricted use.

Hi Joydip,

Just check your settings in "Control to carry out AC" in SPRO > SD > Basic Fns > AC & TOR > AC > AC with ATP logic or against plng > Carry out control for AC. Select your checking group and checking rule and note what kind of stocks are being considered during AC.

Hope this will give you an idea.

Reward if so
