We are instlling ECC 5.0 and when trying to configure
STMS it says SET_CODEPAGE_FAILED in Function
TMS_PM_DISTRIBUTE_PROFILE for command TMS_PM_DISTRIBUTE_PROFILE.

Please change the permission on /tmp to 777.
