How to start E-Catt in WD4A?

Hi SDN,

I want to start Ecatt recording for WD4A...

but selecting a standard catt gives me following ERROR..

Please tell me solution for it..

Can we create our Z-Test Script

User ECATT_HTTP Does Not Exist.

Hi,

eCATT is not supported for Web Dynpro ABAP.

but when you right click on Web dynpro application in the menu there is an option for start ECATT Recording..

Can you please tell me what is the significance of that menu...

yes, that used to be the case, but it shouldn't be there in the latest SP any more...

But how we can achive a fuctionality like BDC or CATT in WD4A is there any way for these functionalities...
