Error message during service entry sheet: "error initializing text"

Dear All,

Please help us with this, we are getting this msg of 'error initializing text' when trying to make a service entry.

Here we are creating Service entry sheet by refering PR.

I am using RELEASE : 500, level: 0011

Looking for any knid of help...

This error message (SE 208) is caused by a bug in the system.

According to your release, support package version and context, il will be possibly corrected by the following SAP notes :

905284 Error in Initialize Text(SE 208) in transaction ML81N

432012 ML81N, user exit 'EXIT_SAPLMLSR_001' set E_Edit flag

429285 SE208 when Transaction ML81N is called up

428388 SE208 when calling up Transaction ML81N
