Target group Creation

Hi All,

Please could you tell me different ways to build the target group for surveys?

Requirement:

Based on several criterion, list of customers will be populated.

Manager should be able to select Customers to be surveyed for his/her subordinates.

Please suggest the way to acheive this.

Hello N,

you can use the Segment Builder Export & Import functionality to achieve this. Create the Target Group by using the criteria's. Export the TG by using the ALV-Grid to Excel. Rework the List in excel and save only the Column with the Business Partner Numbers to a Textfile. You can then import this File to a new Target Group. This target group can then be used in the Campaign.

Hi Gregor/ Piyush,

User would like to the activity of selecting business partner on screen itself.

I can acheive this by module pool program.

However, i am looking for option do acheive this minimal custom developement.

how can I import text file with client numbers to Target Group in Segment Builder?

I suppose I have to create new target group and open it. Then I am lost.

Hello Cristina,

if you're using CRM 5.0 then create a new Profile Set, create a empty Target Group, right click on this Target Group and choose "Import" from the menu.

hi Gregor Wolf ,

i read the blog which you have posted on attaching a mail to the opportunity,

how to attach an logical file to the document. can the function module CRM_ICSS_UPLOAD_SR_ATTACHMENT be used.

can you please specify how to use it.
