Brad, you need to request an OSS id at SAP. You can request an OSS id which will be provide to you by SAP based on our installation information. Ask your bases people to place the request for you. Tiest.

Tiest is correct Brad, you need a user ID for the OSS from SAP and that is usually handled by your system administrators.
