Hi,

THIRD PARTY

In third party the sales order when saved results in the generation of a purchase requisition with the reference of which we create the purchase order. In third party the vendor directly delivers the goods to the customer place.

INDIVIDUAL PURCHASE ORDER

As per the requirement suppose a packing material has gone below the reorder point. This will trigger a purchase requisition with the help of which we generate the purchase order. The vendor ships the goods directly to our plant and then from our plant we ship the goods to the customer's place.

Reward points if solution helps.

Firstly third party Item category group is BANS & BANC for Individual purchase order.Item category for Thrid party is TAS & TAB for Individual purchase order. The Business process is Third party means the Vendor will directly ship materials to customer place where as in Individual purchase order the materials are sent to the company and from there they are again shipped to the customer.

Reward if useful.

Hi,

Third party process triggers the purchase requisition from the sales order.

In this process goods are delivered from the third party to the customer directly. There is no GR done for a third party process.

But in normal purchase process, you need to bring goods to your premises and then sell it to the customer.

Reward if it helps.
