Goto Tcode SMARTFORM, COPY the standard invoice and make the required modifications according to requirement.

whenver i am typing the standard invoice which one u already forwarded that is not accepting, kindly explain me.

GOTO Tcode smartforms and press F4 in place of form name, and it will give all the list of standard invoice exists... You can select according to your requirment reading the description...

Please copy the standard into Z_* form and do your changes....
