If i want to calculate additional IT depreciation depreciation for an aseet how to do that.Normally we will creagte a IT block dep keys now for Additional IT deprecaition throw a light.

You can have a separate depreciation area where in you can have higher depreciation amount. Infact the purpose of the dep areas is to cater to these type of requirements.

Hi,

Special depreciation can be a solution for this. Do the config. at SPecial depreciatio node under Depreciation.

Also special depreciation with rates can be assienged to the same dep. key.

Try this, it will work.

This Special Depreciation Node i have checked in the depreciation key iam no finding.Kindly can u tell me where is the exact place where i can assign this special dep percentage

Hi,

In the Same Dep. Key as i said u can also have the Spl. Dep. Phase.

Select the Special Depreciation and give the Base Method,Multiple levels etc. as you like. Spl. Dep. rate is to be given in Multiple Levels.
