Calender is assigned in the Customer master record in T.Code: XD01 under the Billing Document tab in the Sales Area Data Section.

Customer Account groups are created in order to have different fields available to maintain data relevant for the customers. The fields are assigned Mandatory/Optional/Display Suppress based on the requirements of the client. We can control the master record by doing the settings here. The T.Code is OBD2

Hi,

Account Group:

Attributes which determine the creation of master records.

The account group determines:

The data that is relevant for the master record

A number range from which numbers are selected for the master records

An account group must be assigned to each master record.

Assignment of Calender in Master records:

As mentioned by Ayub go to XD02 and in Sales area data under billing tab you have invoicing dates option, there you can assign calender.

Hi Rajesh,

R u asking about Account Groups for Customer master or Acct assgmt group which is assigned in the Customer master--> Billing tab.

Whereas the Accounts groups are not assigned to a particular customer. When you create a customer master then you select the Sold-To-Party or Ship-to-party option etc.. Which decides the Account group for that particular Customer master.

You can view the Account group for the customer master using XD02 > MENU> EXTRAS--> Administrative Data.

Hope the above clears your doubts.

REWARD if it helps you!!

When you create a master record for a business partner, you must enter an account group. The account group determines:

Which screens and fields are necessary for entering master data

Whether you can or must make an entry in these fields

How master record numbers are assigned (externally by you or internally by the system) and the number range from which they are assigned

Which partner functions are valid

Whether the business partner is a one-time customer or one-time vendor

Calender will help for billing and delivery

Hi

<b>Account group</b> which will control the field status of Customer Master Records (whether to keep the fields in Suppress or Optional or Required or Diplay), Number Ranges. also it controls whether the account group belongs to one time customer or not..

<b>Customer Group</b> is nothing but classifying customer under different Parameters like ABC Classification

<b>Customer Account assignment Group</b> which useful for intergrating SD with FI example. Domestic customer, foreign customer etc

You can see Calender in General Data of Customer Master Record under Unloading Tab

Calender can be defined in SPRO general settings and assigned in enterprise structure as well as Customer master

dear rajesh,

ACCOUNT GROUP:

According to the partner functions each and every partner Account Group is going to be maintained (usually by FICO consultants), by using Account Group.

We can control Customer Master data, by changing or assigning field status to each and every field in the Customer Master.

FIELD STATUS:

Suppress – it completely suppresses the field from Customer Master.

Required – required means mandatory, so value should maintained.

Optional -- value may or may not be maintained.

Display -- field can only view, value can’t be maintained.

you can assign the calender in customer master billing tab.

rewards if it helps
