Deleting Service Ticket

Hi All,

I'm newcomer in CRM, I've already create several service tickets for system trial, can anyone tell me how to deleting those tickets so when i want to create ticket for an account (which i've created ticket for trial) there wo'nt be any alert says "A ticket already exist for this customer". Thank you.

Any helpful answer would be rewarded.

Hi,

Its very simple.

1. Open your service ticket in trx: CRMD_ORDER

2. Follow the menu path:

Business Transaction > Delete

OR

Press Shift+F2

This should suffice.
