Hi,

After logged into our portal system, we are getting blank page with white space. This is not quite common for all users, few users able to view screens at portal systems.

Srinivas,

Looks like the users not seeing anything have roles which does not have any content in them. Take any of these users and look for assigned roles in 'User Administration'. If there is no content assigned to these roles then assign some relevant content, else make these users part of the group that other users seeing content are part of.

Hope this helps.

Vishwas.

Hi,

Please check users role assignment and also portal desktop assigned.

Hi Srinivas,

Check the roles assigned to the users. You can also check whether the users have end user permissions to the content assigned to them.

Inspect the default trace file for error logs related to the user group.

please try to find if there is any difference in how the users are accessing the portal. Check the user group who are getting the portal perfectly with who are not. See if they are accessing the portal via IP address (suggest them to access via domain name in that case). Also check the IE version and match it with working users.
