Can we delete a sap* user ? If s ,then how do we get back it?

u can delete sap* by going to the another client ddic and after deleting it if u restard ur server automatically it create sap* with original password pass but I recommend don't do it.

Yes we can delete the user SAP*
Once u delete the SAP* user, it is automatically regenerated with password PASS unless the system is explicitly configured not to do so

Yes it is possible to delete the user. I am not sure how you can get it back but you can re-create it. create the user, assign it to the group of SUPER and add SAP_ALL profile to it. No need of changing anything else. You need not even maintain the address for this.
