Hi All,
I generated the URL for a survey but when when I try to test it gives a blank screen.
The system I am testing is a system copy of another system. In the source system the URL works fine.
I have made changes in the xml file to point to the correct host, client and port number.
Could someone please help.
Thanks
S.
Hello Shabnam,
I faced a similar problem and this is the solution after which the URL starts working is as follows:
Refer note: 857535 and do the following:
TCode: se24 -- CL_SURVEY_CATSERVER
Execute method SET_CATSERVER_ABAP
Leave parameter USER empty.
Now check the survey URL will start working.

Hi Shabnam,
Thanks for replying. In our case too the Survey URL is opening up on the basic server, but a blank page is appearing on the server which is a copy of the basic one.
I have however run the report W3_PUBLISH_SERVICES, but to no avail.
Since our scenarios are alike, do help me in case you figure a way out of the problem.
Thanks for your help.

Yes we are on the latest patch. Like I mentioned the system I am having a problem with is a system copy of another system. It works in the source system, I am having this proble only in the target system. I am not sure what I am missing.
Thanks
S.
