Hi,

Menu Path:- Spro --> Logistic General --> Business Partner --> Customers --> Control -->

Here Define Account Groups and Field Selection for Customers.

Select your Account Group --> Click on Details , Here in Field Status,

We will be having the General Data , Company Code Data and Sales Data.

Goto respective Data --> Here in Select Group and Double Click on E.g:- Adress

Here you will be having the Options like Supress , Req Entry, Optional and Display.

Here you can do the necessary requirement.

Please follow the below path for Material Master

Spro --> Logistic General --> Field Selection --> Maintain Field Selection for Data Screens.

Hope this solves your purpose and Please Reward If Really Helpful,

Thanks and Regards,

<b>For Customer Master</b>

SPRO -> Financial Accounting -> Account Receivable and Account Payable -> Customer Accounts -> Master Data -> Preparation for creating Customer Master Data -> Define Account Groups with Screen Layout.

Choose your Account Group then your view and change field status accordingly.

<b>For Material Master</b>

SPRO -> Logistics - General -> Material Master -> Field Selection -> Assign Fields to Feild Selection Groups.

SPRO -> Logistics - General -> Material Master -> Field Selection -> Maintain Field selection for Data Screens.

After assigning a field to the group you can change the status for group.

For the customer master the settings are in the T.Code: OBD2. There you can select the account group and accordingly do the settings for the fields.

Go to the following Menupath:

IMG > Logistics General > Material Master > configuring material master > Define Structure of Data Screens for Each Screen Sequence

T.code: OMT3B
