Hi,
Menu Path:- Spro --> Logistic General --> Business Partner --> Customers --> Control -->
Here Define Account Groups and Field Selection for Customers.
Select your Account Group --> Click on Details , Here in Field Status,
We will be having the General Data , Company Code Data and Sales Data.
Goto respective Data --> Here in Select Group and Double Click on E.g:- Adress
Here you will be having the Options like Supress , Req Entry, Optional and Display.
Here you can do the necessary requirement.
Please follow the below path for Material Master
Spro --> Logistic General --> Field Selection --> Maintain Field Selection for Data Screens.
Hope this solves your purpose and Please Reward If Really Helpful,
Thanks and Regards,

For the customer master the settings are in the T.Code: OBD2. There you can select the account group and accordingly do the settings for the fields.
Go to the following Menupath:
IMG > Logistics General > Material Master > configuring material master > Define Structure of Data Screens for Each Screen Sequence
T.code: OMT3B
