Post Processing List

Hello all,

I have a question related to the Post Processing List (transaction MF47), where they appear the backlogs resulted from backflush.

If, by mistake, I deleted some postrocessing records (instead of processing them), how could I see later these deleted records? And how could I process them later on, if they need to be processed? --> do it exists an "undo", related to the action of deleting postprocessing records?

Thank you very much,

Edith

Dear Catalin Ignat,

Once if the Post Processing Record is deleted in MF47,

in no way you can fetch the data back.

It will not show either in AFFW or AUFM or COGI.

SAP has given a temporary means to use this Reprocessing allowed in REM

Profile.

So once deleted unknowingly its lost.

Dear Catalin,

While deleting a Post processing record, the system does not generates any

document or record.

So you should be very careful in handling MF47.

Generally the authorization will be given to only one user in a company.

Mr.Irshad,

MF41 is to reverse the backflushed document.(Document Specific Backflush

Reversal).thats's after carryingout MFBF ,if you want to reverse the same, then

MF41 is used.

Mr.Bala,

Unless in REM profile,if you have not included the setting for creating individual

post processing record in REM profile, you can not see datas in AFFW or AUFM.

Hello,

thanks a lot for your answer. But the problem is, that in case of deleting some postprocessing records, I cannot find for them any material document...

Can I "reverse" the action of deleting a postprocessing record? It was deleted from Postprocessing List by mistake.

Thanks,

Edith

Edith,

There is no option to reverse a deleted entry for Post processing records. It is like formating your CD/Floppy it erases the data from the disk, in this case of SAP it is deleted from the table.
