Learning to write RFCs and BAPIs

I'm an experienced Java developer with extensive T-SQL and PL/SQL experience. I've been writing Web Dynpro applications for around a year now and would like to gain knowledge on ABAP specifically for writing RFCs and BAPIs for creating model nodes in WebDynpro apps. I'm not at all interested in writing R/3 screens or any of that.

Acn anyone recommend good reference material for learning this aspect of ABAP?
