"editorTabs" is null

As result the tabs Preview, Plain Text, Rich Text do not work.

Hi Alexander,

does your question deal with the SDN forum? Or are you working with Jive Forums in general?

Hi Alexander,

I assume that you are working with the 5.5 version, which I am unfortunately not very familiar with yet. I just know that the distribution I just got didn't have any JavaScript files in the /jiveforums/scripts folder, so I had a similar problems (no tabs, Javascript errors). Perhaps it would help to disable the GUIEditor in the Jive Admin Tool under "User Interface" -> "Features".

A good idea would be to create a forum entry on their support site: <a href="http://www.jivesoftware.com/jive/forum.jspa?forumID=1">http://www.jivesoftware.com/jive/forum.jspa?forumID=1</a>.

Michael

Michael, thanks for the reply on my message.

Disable the GUIEditor has no result.

Where I can see Jive Forum version?

Hi Alexander,

you see the Jive version when you call the Jive Admin Tool. The number is right there on the start page, under the login box.

Michael
