User Mapping

Hi,

I'm trying to do the user mapping in personalization. The exiting user mapping iview in the personalization is, for content originating from a remote producer portal. There are no userid/password fields in this iview. I have checked in content administration->portal content->content provided by sap->enduser content->standard portal user->worksets->portal personalization. Here there are 3 user mapping iviews which contains the required iview also.

Please tell me how to deactivate the existing iview and activate the required iview in this workset.

Hi Naresh,

To change the usermapping iview , Select the role which is having the Portal Personalisation workset and there u will get two usermapping pages,i)usermapping and ii) usermapping(Remote iViews).

Select the second page(usermapping(Remote iViews)) --> Select properties

--> gives "yes" for Invisible in Navigation Areas -->Save.
