Dear Experts/Gurus,
Is it possible to SAP B1 to maintain more than 10 databases in one server and one license server ? I set 4 GB RAM and 150 GB hardisk space for almost 18 company databases. The user is only 5 persons. The SAP B1 will be installed is 2005A SP 01 PL 31. I appreciate your answers. TIA
REgards,
Greetings,
We have a client on 10 SAP Business One databases (and a few demo ones) running on a server with 4GB of RAM (and i forget what the other hardware specs are, 2 processors) with little to no problem.
In 2004A there were speed issues with the list menu's on the inventory level (because the company database had over 10 000 stock items) but that has since been resolved with 2005A EH 01

The only limitation on the number of DB is the amount of disk space. If you are asking if the SQL server and license server can handle 18 DB that is a results of many more variables. But it would be hard to imagine that with only 5 users will ever max out the SQL server.
