Start auction with expired live auction

Dear All,

We are working in SRM 5.0 with LAC 2.0 in Extended classic scenario.

Our client has requirement to continue with the expired Live Auction. As per my understanding or experience, I think there is no such standard functionality.

Experts, please let me now how to conduct live auction with same details and history even after its expiry.Any pointers or development related info highly appreciated.

Needless to say about awarding points.
