Where to find some of the fields in VA03?

Hi,

Can any one tell me where i can find the following fields in VA03 transaction?

Controlling area, company code, order type , PSP element, plant material and project etc-----?

I am not a functional guy: but need to identify which field is existing where? i mean at header level, item level and so on! but on both levels i did not find these fields in VA03 T code!

Any suggestions ?

Hi

You go to Header Data.. under sales tab you can find Ordre Type.. company code data in billing or accounting Tab

Even You can Check these Table VBAK, VBAP, VBEP ..

Hi Ravi,

In VA03, Go to Header Data

In Sales Tab you can find Order type

In accounting tab you can find Company code

Go to Item Data

In Shipping tab you can find Plant

In Account Assignment tab you can find the WBS element.

At table level you can look to VBAK, VBAP, VBUK, VBUP,VBEP, VBFA

For Division go to Item data Sales B tab page

For Business Area go to Item data Account Assignment tab

In VBAK-->u can find VTWEG(Dsit channel) and SPART(DIV)

when u go in to va03 there itself sales area is there: ii and iii field are these

VBAK> KOKRScontrolling area

Go to Header Data of the sales document

In accounting tab page you can find Company code

In Sales Tab page you can find Order type

Go to Item Data

In Sales A tab page u can find Material entered

In Shipping tab page u can find Plant

In Account Assignment tab u can find the WBS element
