Error in IDOC

I am working on SAP R/3 to SAP XI scenario.

I am getting this error ....

Hi Sunil,

Make sure whether the mapping objects are present in SXI_CACHE and also check in TCP/IP Connections, make sure that all the RFC destinations starting with "AI" has UNICODE selected.

yes i copied from payload its showing some errror.while viweing the data
